About Us
At the Patchwork House our mission is to provide expert, compassionate support and guidance to vulnerable individuals and families. We aim to empower those in our service to achieve the best possible future free from abuse.
We are able to work with ladies on a 1:1 basis to provide emotional support and practical advice. We can also offer outreach support in the local community such as walk and talks or contact in the community, or by attending local parenting or support groups so those we are supporting don’t feel alone. As well as this we can support through court procedures, both criminal and family, and act as an advocate during meetings such as team around the family, family group conference or maracs.
We are the only service locally to offer the nationally
recognised Freedom Programme.
